What to include in a website correction
A specific report is easier to check than a general message that a page is wrong. These details help identify the game or player you mean.
- The NBL Fixtures page address and the teams, player or venue involved.
- The game date and the time zone you selected, especially for a tip-off or date issue.
- The detail currently shown and what you believe it should say.
- A link to the relevant league, club, venue or broadcaster announcement, if available.
Keep personal details out of match reports
Do not send passwords, payment details, ticket barcodes or identity documents. For a display problem, describe your browser, device and what you were trying to do; a booking reference is not needed.
Tickets, arena entry and lost property
Contact the seller named on your booking for payment, ticket delivery, refunds or exchanges. For seating access, bag rules, venue facilities or lost property, use the arena or event organiser's contact channel.
NBL Fixtures cannot look up bookings, change seats or issue refunds. Team and venue pages help you find the official event information before you contact the provider.
TV and streaming help
For login, subscription, billing or playback problems, contact the service you are using to watch. Availability can depend on your country, subscription and device. The tip-off on a fixture is not necessarily the start of the television programme.
For a possible error in our broadcaster listing, include the match and the channel or service shown. An official programme or match announcement is especially useful.
Privacy, content and league enquiries
For a privacy question about this website, identify the page or feature involved and describe your concern without sending sensitive documents. For a content or image concern, include the page address and the material in question.
For league administration or official NBL matters, use the NBL's own contact page. That is a separate organisation and does not receive website corrections on our behalf.
