Claudelands Arena NBL Games & Venue Guide

Breakers basketball in the Waikato

A Breakers game at Claudelands is in Hamilton, not Auckland. Check the local date and tip-off before making a trip across the Waikato or from Australia. The surrounding Claudelands site also holds exhibitions and functions, so follow the basketball event’s Arena instructions.

Arena Plaza and the right car park

Claudelands identifies accessible parking at Heaphy Terrace near the Arena Plaza. Its Brooklyn parking information also serves the exhibition halls. Access can change by event, and parking wardens direct visitors to the appropriate area. Do not assume an exhibition-hall entrance is the entrance for your seats.

Arranging accessible seats

The venue asks wheelchair users to notify Ticketek when purchasing tickets so the appropriate seating can be allocated. Ground-floor access, lifts and accessible bathrooms are described in its visitor guide. Discuss hearing-loop seating with the ticket supplier before booking, because the position matters.
