How to read yesterday's NBL results
Find the right result by date and match status
Yesterday's results follow the previous calendar date in your selected time zone. The full date under the heading is the reference, so you do not need to guess whether a late game belongs to yesterday or today. A fixture is grouped by its scheduled tip-off date, even if the game finishes after midnight. Selecting another time zone can change the day on which that same fixture appears without changing the result itself.
Completed games are ordered with the latest recorded finishes first; where a finish time is unavailable, their scheduled start provides the order. The list can also show a match that was scheduled yesterday but has no final result, or one marked postponed or cancelled. Those are not losses or zero-score games. Use the status on the card, then open the official game centre if you need to check an unresolved match. Filters help isolate a club or competition stage within yesterday's date.
Read the final score, winning margin and quarter line
The final score answers who won; the margin tells you the difference between the two totals. The short result line names the winning side rather than relying on you to identify the larger number. If an officially recorded game is tied, it is described as drawn rather than assigned a winner. A missing score is not converted to zero. These details matter particularly when looking through a mixture of regular-season and preseason fixtures.
A complete quarter line shows how many points each team scored in each period, followed by the final total. Q1 to Q4 identify the first four quarters; OT identifies an overtime period. Quarter scores are period totals, not a running cumulative score. This page only displays the line when every period is available and the sums agree with the final result. Use it to see how scoring changed across the game, then open the full match centre for the additional detail available.
Use the box score to explore player contributions
Player stats takes you to the match box score. PTS means points, REB means rebounds and AST means assists. Shooting totals are shown as made and attempted shots, so a figure such as 5–9 describes five makes from nine attempts rather than nine points. Minutes and the other available columns provide context for the totals. Check the team and player name before comparing rows, especially where several players have similar names or jersey numbers.
Individual numbers help explain contributions, but one column cannot describe the whole performance. A player's points do not include a teammate's finish from their assist, and a high total from one match is different from a season average. Use the season player statistics for that broader comparison. A missing box-score row or field means that information is unavailable here, not that the player scored nothing. The confirmed final can appear before all individual statistics are ready to view.
Choose highlights, a condensed game or a full replay
Videos on the match card takes you to that game's official video section. Highlights focus on selected moments; a condensed game offers a shorter catch-up; a full replay follows the game at greater length. A press conference serves a different purpose again. Read the video's label rather than assuming every clip contains the entire contest. The match centre shows the available official videos and an honest empty state when there are none to show.
A live television listing does not establish replay access, and an official video can have location or account conditions. Use the linked provider for the current availability. For a quick catch-up, begin with the score and quarter line, then choose the statistics or video detail you want. The current ladder offers season context, but it is not a reconstruction of the standings immediately after each game yesterday. Today's and tomorrow's fixtures help you move from the result to the next game.

Yesterday's NBL results: common questions
Who won the NBL games yesterday?
No NBL games are listed for yesterday in Sydney. The list above shows the match-ups for Tuesday 27 October 2026. Team and competition filters narrow the list; the summary describes the whole period.
Where can I find yesterday's NBL box scores?
Choose Player stats on a completed game's card to open its box score. Points, rebounds and assists are listed by player when available. A final score can appear before every individual statistic is available; missing figures are not zeroes.
Where can I watch yesterday's NBL highlights?
Choose Videos on a match card to check for official highlights, condensed games or replays. The match page identifies the videos currently available. A video link is not a promise of a full replay, and access conditions can vary by provider and location.
Why is a game still missing its final result?
Scores on this site are not live. A game may also be postponed or cancelled. Check the stated match status and the official game centre rather than assuming that a passed tip-off time means a completed game.
